Coastal and Island Homes

DESIGNED AROUND HOW YOU LIVE

A home should fit the way you actually live, not force you to adapt to it. We coordinate architecture and interiors from the beginning so the house flows well, feels natural in its setting, and holds up to Charleston's coastal climate for the long run.

Project Highlight:

Bulls Bay Residence

Awendaw, South Carolina

New Custom Home

On the edge of the Intracoastal in Awendaw, this home sits up in the live oaks, lifted above the AE-15 flood zone on open piers. Stacked porches reach toward the marsh and the long view across Bulls Bay while the house stays settled in its trees. Inside, three bedrooms and three and a half baths, with living spaces that turn to the water and the morning light.

Built by Ilderton Contracting.
