Project Highlight:

Bogard Restoration

Charleston, South Carolina

Historic Renovation + Addition

An 1800s Charleston house brought back after roughly a decade abandoned. Working through the Board of Architectural Review, we restored the home's historic character, added on at the rear, and rescued a double piazza that had begun to pull away from the house. Each column and pilaster was milled to match the originals, and historic features like the windows were kept and repaired rather than replaced. The house reads as itself again, just cared for.
