DESIGNED AROUND HOW YOU LIVE
A renovation should make your home work harder and feel right. We coordinate architecture and interiors from the beginning, working with the existing house so new and old read as one and the finished home performs day to day.

Whole Home Renovation + Addition
A single-level country estate a short walk from Shem Creek, drawn in a British farmhouse language: limewash brick, stucco accents, cedar-shingle dormers, copper gutters, and timber porch posts. Inside, roughly 4,300 square feet unfold on one level, a private primary wing at one end, a guest wing at the other, and a central living spine between them under vaulted ceilings. Outside, the plan wraps a courtyard pool and spa beneath a canopy of protected grand oaks, the kind of setting a new lot simply cannot recreate.
