Our Process
Site Visit
We walk the land and study its character. Every site has a story in its light, its views, and the way the wind moves across it. We listen first, sketch what we see, and let the setting guide the earliest ideas.
SD - Schematic Design
This is where vision begins to take form. Concepts are tested through first sketches, mood boards, and early floor plans. It is a collaborative stage with room for imagination before refinement.
DD - Design Development
Ideas move from broad strokes into clarity. Materials, proportions, and spatial flow are explored. We refine the plan and begin to understand how the home will live day to day.
CD - Construction Documents
Precision becomes the priority. Every drawing and detail is prepared for permitting, bidding, and construction. This stage ensures that builders have the clarity needed to realize the design at the highest standard.
CA - Construction Administration
Design turns into reality. We remain involved during construction, visiting the site, answering questions, and protecting the intent of the architecture through to completion.
