Spirit First is a new-build wedding and event venue planned as part of a larger agritourism property. The design brings together a ballroom, covered porches, preparation suites, guest gathering areas, and service spaces within a cohesive hospitality setting, balancing atmosphere and flexibility with circulation, accessibility, life safety, and the operational demands of large events.
