Designed for Livability and Long-Term Value

Successful multifamily and mixed-use projects must work at several scales, from the individual unit to the building, site, and surrounding neighborhood. We coordinate architecture, circulation, amenities, commercial uses, parking, code requirements, and building systems into one cohesive design.

Project Highlight:

Project Main Street

Mt. Pleasant, SC

Mixed-Use + Commercial Architecture

Project Main Street is a mixed-use building combining restaurant, retail, and second-floor office space within a cohesive Charleston-area architectural expression. A brick storefront base, painted wood upper levels, shaded porches, and a varied roofline give the building the scale and character of an established commercial landmark while supporting flexible, modern spaces for dining, shopping, and work.
